Our worksites are assessed for risk prior to commencement and a site specific hazard control plan is developed. Employees are trained on machinery, chemicals and correct working procedures. All electrical equipment is tagged and site safety meetings are held regularly with an open line of communication with all stakeholders.

Our cleaners nationally as a minimum receive award wages and entitlements, are all DIAC checked to ensure legislative requirements are met.

FACILITIES MANAGEMENT
Havencab will ensure all the building essential services maintenance is carried out by qualified contractors ensuring piece of mind to our clients. All essential service inspections will be carried out as per the regulative body with no short cuts ensuring these systems work in the event of an emergency.

By- Law compliance is another aspect of compliance that is taken very serious with each By- Law breach being documented and reported to the relevant stakeholders. Architectural Code compliance ensures your building is presented on how it was intended and all breached are documented and reported.
